To get a Car Sales Executive Job - you need to meet the following 3 requirements.

✅ A) Status in Canada: Permanent Resident, Citizen or Work Permit with 2 year or longer term.

✅ B) BC Driver License, Please apply at the BC Driver Licensing Office at www.icbc.com

✅ C) VSA Sales License, Please apply at Vehicle Sales Authority of BC www.vsabc.ca

Why needs a VSA license?
Every person in contact with retail consumers at a dealership must have a valid VSA License. 

Can I get a job first and apply VSA license later?
No, it is illegal. Unlicensed business car sales can result in penalties up to $100,000 for employer and $50,000 for you. The VSA can issue compliance orders and administrative penalties.

Once you pass the VSA license and our Certified New Car Sales Executive Training, you can legally work in a new car dealership and receive a base salary of $3,000 - $5,000 + a commission of $500-1000 per vehicle.

VSA REGISTRATION  to TRAINING to JOB PLACEMENT

After you register a VSA license... 

1. You agree to take our 30 days Sales Training Course.

2. We will assign you to train at a Car Dealership. A sales trainer and a senior salesman will train you, apply theoretical knowledge and sales skills in real-world car dealership settings. It's a form of learning by doing, designed to bridge the gap between theory learning and practical work experience.

3. Training Session includes: 12 Step Car Sales Process, Finance VS Lease, Internet Follow Up Skills, Trade in Vehicle Appraisal. Overcome customer objection, Dealership Culture and Workplace Policy, Product knowledge of all makes and models, The proper way to answer phone calls/Email, How to write a Finance Credit Application, and How to write a bill of sales and purchase agreement.

4. After 30 days, we can evaluate your overall performance of: Estimate Sales Volume, Lead Generation Skills, Appointment Conversion rate, Gross Profit Margin, Negotiation Skills and Problem Solving Skills. 

5. We will send the Overall Performance Chart and referral letter to 100+ new car dealership managers. We will tell them, you are WELL TRAINED AND CERTIFIED to be a professional car sales executive.

6. We will arrange 20-30 interviews for you via our car dealership connections and networks.
